Terms & Conditions

• For your first order we require payment before despatch. For subsequent orders you can apply for a credit account (terms 30 days nett).

• Minimum order on account is £100.

• All orders under £100 payment before despatch is required.

• Minimum order per standard card design is 6 items.

• Prices charged are those current at date of despatch.

• All trade prices are subject to VAT.

• Payment can be made by BACS or UK credit or debit card.

• Title to goods shall not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full. If payment in full is not received by the due date on credit accounts, we reserve the right to charge interest and debt recovery fees.

• If we send you an incorrect / faulty item we will either replace it or provide a credit note. You need to let us know of any errors within 5 working days of delivery.

Delivery

• For all UK addresses (inc Highlands & Islands) orders over £150 nett are carriage free, otherwise delivery is £10.00.

• As we print to order to save waste, the expected delivery time is 7-10 working days. Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will do what we can to help.
